How to verify this yourself

Take a few minutes to check public sources directly:

  1. 01

Search the person's name on their own regulator's public register, if any (for example the FCA Financial Services Register for UK-authorised individuals).

  2. 02

Check court-record databases and official press releases for named enforcement actions, rather than relying on social-media summaries.

  3. 03

Look for independent evidence of a track record on neutral platforms, not the person's own site or affiliate network.

  4. 04

Confirm the person's identity matches the social profiles that promote them.
