How verdicts work
A broker's verdict starts from the strength of the regulator behind it: a licence from a major regulator ranks above an offshore one, and a firm with no licence ranks lowest. The same facts always give the same result. Read how we verify for the sources and limits. The most recent record update is dated 18 Jun 2026.
We take no affiliate commissions from brokers, prop firms or educators, and rated entities cannot be our affiliates. Verdicts are computed from regulator records and are not for sale.
A record can be out of date. Check the regulator's own register before you deposit, and tell us if something is wrong.
- Strongly Trusted
A strong regulatory basis or track record on the evidence we hold.
20 - Trusted
A reasonable regulatory basis or track record on the evidence we hold.
277 - Proceed With Caution
Mixed or thin evidence, often an offshore licence. Check the register yourself.
408 - Avoid
Serious concerns, such as no regulatory basis or a confirmed closure.

verify.trading provides records and analysis, not investment advice; trading involves significant risk of loss. Absence of a regulatory action is not an endorsement, and absence from a regulator's list is not proof of authorisation.
